Mouvement Action-Chômage

Mouvement Action-Chômage (MAC) of Montreal is a group that defends the rights of the unemployed. It informs and defends people while aiming to safeguard and improve the employment insurance system.

Born from a grassroots movement of citizens in the Saint-Henri district, MAC has been involved in all the battles aimed at preventing the various governments from reducing access to unemployment insurance.
