Registration for the 26th and 27th of March
Note: We are not able to proceed with the EMSB Daycare Convention as planned for Saturday, March 28,2026. This decision was made following the results of the participation survey, which indicated insufficient interest and low expected attendance. Given this feedback, was not feasible to proceed with the event.
Policies
Cancellation Policy : February 16th to 20th 2026
Cancellations on such a large-scale convention can be costly. For this reason, we ask that cancellations be made between February 16th and 20th, 2026 inclusively, in order to avoid charges.
To cancel, please send an email to colloque@appa.qc.ca, with your registration confirmation as an attachment.
Any cancellations after this date, the $30.00 registration fee will be deducted from your pay as per the payment policy.
Payment Policy
By confirming your registration, you authorize the APPA to deduct from your salary an amount of $30.00, this will be divided into two $15.00 installments.
Absenteeism Policy
In case of an absence on the day(s) you registered for, the committee reserves the right to decide if a refund is required. Please send an email to colloque@appa.qc.ca with an explanation and supporting documentation, if any.
Photo Policy
By participating in the 22nd APPA convention, you agree that your image can be taken by our photographer. Photos may be used to promote the event, or future events: website, social networks, newsletters etc.
Workshop Policy: Final Choice
After confirming your registration, you will not be able to change your choice of workshop, due to limited spaces.
By registering for the conference, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all conference policies.
