Please call 1-800-567-0995 and provide your group name (organization name: APPA).

Please note that the deadline to make your reservation by phone is Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

After this deadline, any unreserved rooms will be released to the hotel’s general sale at the current daily rate.

Room rates, per night:

Single or double occupancy: $155 + tax per night = $184.45 per night, taxes included.
Triple occupancy: $165 + tax per night = $196.36 per night, taxes included.
Quadruple occupancy: $175 + tax per night = $208.26 per night, taxes included.
